Novik Nexus S.L. · Tax ID (CIF) B-72913379 · C/ La Cruz 2, Entresuelo, 30820 Alcantarilla (Murcia), Spain · info@chromic.ai.
This policy distinguishes the informational website from the professional Chromic service. The contact form handles enquiries only, not patient information.
2. This website and contact form
The website introduces Chromic to clinics, networks and brands. The form emails your enquiry to info@chromic.ai through Hostinger hosting. It does not create accounts, orders or marketing subscriptions. Do not enter patient information or photographs.
3. Data, purpose and legal basis
We process the name, email address, organisation, enquiry category and message you provide to respond to your request and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps at your request. They are not used for campaigns, clinical purposes or research. Required fields are needed to process the form; email and WhatsApp are alternative contact channels.
Pre-contractual requests rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in handling incoming communications and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to advertising. Optional browser preferences remain subject to your separate choice.
4. Photographs and follow-up records
Chromic’s functional rule is to process images and delete them when processing ends or fails. Photographs and galleries are not retained or made available to patients, clinics or administrators. Follow-up retains derived records, not photographs.
Chromic is intended to observe estimated changes in whiteness over time. eWID is a photographic estimate; it does not identify dental colour or equal a validated instrumental WID measurement.
5. Professional service and responsibilities
The clinic supervises care and clinical decisions. Controller and processor roles, the processing agreement, Article 6 legal bases and the applicable Article 9 GDPR condition must be specified for each processing activity in the service terms. This page does not replace that information or assume consent is always the applicable basis.
6. Secondary analytics, networks and brands
Follow-up is separate from secondary research, improvement and product analytics purposes. Secondary authorisation is optional, separate and revocable; refusing it does not degrade the main service.
Network membership, manufacturing a product, branding or buying cards does not automatically grant access to individual records or rights over data. Chromic Redes and Insights require authorised aggregation, cohort protection and defined permissions. This website does not publish real patient or clinic data.
7. Retention and security
Your enquiry is kept in email while it is handled and afterwards as necessary for legal obligations or the defence of claims. This website does not save a copy of the message in a commercial database. You can request erasure, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Form protection uses a necessary session, a token valid for up to one hour, a honeypot and sending limits. Server counters contain neither the message nor the raw IP address; identifiers rotate by time window. Contents are not written to application logs or responses. These measures are not a security certification.
8. Recipients and providers
Your enquiry is addressed to the Novik Nexus S.L. team at info@chromic.ai. Hostinger provides the hosting and mail transport needed for this flow. Enquiries are not sent to networks, brands, analytics providers or marketing services. Enabling the form does not subscribe to providers or change DNS records or the mailbox.
This website does not process payments or shipments. Providers for the future purchasing flow will be detailed in the professional portal before activation. Provider terms, possible subprocessors and safeguards for international transfers require contractual review; this policy does not assume unverified locations or safeguards.
9. Rights and withdrawal
Contact info@chromic.ai to request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Requests will be handled according to the processing activity and competent controller. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Use the permanent “Cookie settings” link in the footer to change this website’s preferences. Clearing browser data also removes the preferences saved on that device.
10. Updates and languages
Updated on 16 October 2026 to reflect contact-form activation. Spanish is the reference version. Adaptation of the professional service terms remains subject to independent legal review.
11. Optional analytics on this website
Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referring domains and contact interactions. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), separate from sending an enquiry. Browser identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous; Google receives technical connection data. This marketing-site measurement is separate from clinical follow-up.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. chromic.ai web stream: G-Z5H64YT181. We do not send names, email addresses, organisations, messages, enquiry references, photographs or patient information. URLs are reduced to canonical paths and referrers to domains, without parameters or fragments. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are not used. Contact clicks are not equivalent to received enquiries. Accepted card-notification requests and accepted business enquiries are measured separately, including the enquiry category (clinic, network, brand, cards or other), never its contents. An accepted enquiry is not proof of a qualified opportunity or a sale.
Optional _ga and _ga_Z5H64YT181 cookies: browser and session identifiers, configured for at most one year without automatic renewal. Permission expires within 365 days. Event-data retention follows the property settings and Google’s terms.
No request is made to Google Analytics before analytics consent. You can allow or reject it separately from functional preferences. Browsing and contacting us do not require this permission. Withdraw it through “Cookie settings”: new events stop and this domain’s _ga cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not retroactively erase data already received by Google. To exercise your rights: info@chromic.ai.
Google’s processing may involve international access or transfers under its applicable terms and safeguards. We do not claim all data remain exclusively in the EU. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
12. Card availability notification
If you request it through the specific checkbox, Novik Nexus S.L. will process your email, language and consent record (wording, version, UTC date and reference) for one notification when card sales open. The basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. This is not a reservation, order or newsletter subscription.
The request reaches only info@chromic.ai through Hostinger; it is not added to a campaign provider or sent to analytics with your email. The notification list is managed in that mailbox and will be deleted after the single notification or within 12 months, whichever comes first; only evidence needed for legal responsibilities will be retained. Withdraw your request or exercise your rights by emailing info@chromic.ai before notification. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Optional cookies are not required to request the update.
