The personalisation included in these clinic packs applies exclusively to the patient app. It does not include printing or personalisation of the physical cards.
The clinic logo is displayed with Powered by Chromic attribution.
HOW PURCHASING WILL WORKWhen we launch,

order through your clinic portal.
The entire purchasing process will take place in the Chromic Clinic Portal: create an account or sign in, select your pack, then confirm delivery and payment. In the same workspace, you will be able to manage your cards and remotely review your patients’ follow-up. Access to Chromic Business and Insights is agreed separately and is not automatically included with a card pack.
